Head Boy and Head Girl

The children in our school never fail to impress, amaze and inspire. Our Head Boy and Girl are brilliant examples of this.

On Friday 14th June, Teddy and Bella, Our Headboy and Headgirl took part in a remarkable challenge - the 24-hour Isolation Challenge. The challenge begun when they arrived at school at 8:40am, where they remained until 8:40 am the following morning.

During this time, they engaged in a variety of activities, one per hour, that showcased their creativity, resilience, and teamwork. From painting self-portraits with their feet to completing the longest handstand, their accomplishments were truly awe-inspiring. Most importantly, through this challenge, they raised an astounding £1,600 for Cancer Research UK.

This act of selflessness and compassion is a testament to the love and hope that permeates our school community. What I find humbling is that these children have a sense of social responsibility and a desire to make a positive impact on the world around them. A big thank you to Mrs Ridley and the children’s parents for supporting and supervising their challenge.

Additionally, I know Teddy and Bella would like to thank everyone who has supported them either with words of encouragement or financially. There is still time to donate if you would like to: https://www.justgiving.com/page/teddy-and-bella-24-hour-isolation?newPage=true
