  Congratulations to everyone who entered the Horticultural Societies Spring show on Saturday 9th April.

   

  Children from the school entered two categories: Best Pansy plant and Photography competition (My School)

  In the Best Pansy Plant category 1st place Scarlet B; Joint 2nd place Kieran G and Kayleigh C

  In the photography category 1st Place Louis P ; 2nd place Katy P; Joint  3rd place Francesca C and Sarah-Jane W

• British Values Workshops

  To start the new term the children were treated to a day of theatre and workshops all linked to the British Values of Mutual Respect and Tolerance of Those With Different Faiths And Beliefs.

  The day began with the children joining the Fusion Theatre Company on the voyage of a lifetime! They were treated to an interactive and hilarious storytelling adventure as they joined Captain Cook on his ship HMS Endeavour. Where he helped them to discover stories, myths and legends from around the world. This enabled the children to learn new stories, see traditional performance techniques, learn different languages and experience diverse cultures,

  The children really enjoyed this interactive way of learning.

   

   

   

  

• Egg-cellent Fun!!

  The children all agreed that the best way to end the term was with an Easter Egg Hunt. They had a lot of fun hunting out the names on the bunnies or solving the clues on the eggs. A big thank you to the PTFA for organising this event once again.
